Depending on whether your pants
zipper goes down far enough, you may be able to pee through the fly with
the top button fastened. If the zipper is too short, unbutton the top and
lower the pants an inch or two. Rather than pull the panties down at the
waist, try pulling the fabic at the crotch of the underwear to one side,
and slip the TravelMate in place. If you’re wearing loose outer shorts
with wide leg openings, you can pee through one of these openings easily
rather than lower you waistband if you prefer. |

Take a minute to position the cradle
for a leak-proof fit. Cover your vagina with the cradle and pull handle
slightly up until the cradle fits around your urethral orifice. The outer
labia should ”snuggle” the cradle, holding it in place. |

Hold the handle downward at a 45°
angle. |

Begin the urine flow. |

Use the cradle to “wipe” any residual
urine off the labia by pulling the device slightly forward. |

Wipe any remaining moisture off
the labia with a moist towellette or toilet paper if necessary. |

Wash the TravelMate and your hands
with soapy water then put the device back in its case or bag. |
